In compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and Italian Legislative Decree 125/2024, we are preparing our first Sustainability Report. This document will provide a transparent and comprehensive overview of our ESG policies, objectives, and results, highlighting the commitments made and the progress achieved in reducing our environmental impact, promoting inclusivity, and strengthening governance.

The Sustainability Report will be prepared in accordance with European and Italian regulations, which require us to report clearly and verifiably on our ESG performance. The information included in the report will cover critical areas such as environmental impact, natural resource management, human rights, social policies, and corporate governance, in compliance with the transparency and accountability standards set by law.

The newly established Sustainability Committee is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the implementation of our ESG policies, providing support to the Responsible Manager and the Board of Directors to ensure our activities are aligned with industry regulations. The adoption of ambitious ESG policies and our continuous focus on improvement enable us to tackle global challenges and make a positive contribution to society and the environment.
